Mortality
audit
The Collaborative Hospitals Audit
of Surgical Mortality (CHASM) of New South Wales maintains
membership within the Australian and New Zealand Audit of Surgical
Mortality (ANZASM) but is under the management of the Clinical
Excellence Commission under the direction of Professor Cliff
Hughes, FRACS.
Workforce
Active Fellows by specialty and region, as at 30 April 2011
A Fellow is considered active if they are currently involved in
any aspect of surgical activity that involves the use of surgical
skills or knowledge gained through their surgical training. This
extends to and is not exclusive of medico-legal work, research or
supervision of Trainees and International Medical Graduates (IMGs).
